Youth homelessness is real and each year we support over 150 young people across North Devon who are either sofa surfing, rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness.
Positive Futures is about changing the odds for care leavers, giving them the chance to thrive and gain the skills to take back control of their future.
Funded by Children in Need, The Junction aims to reduce homelessness, repeat homelessness and rough sleeping among young people aged 16-18 years living in the rural districts of North Devon and Torridge by providing free, confidential and independent support and advice.
Working in partnership with Scribes CIC and North Devon Homes the Candar Advice Centre and Transform 4 Work is a ‘one stop shop’ for free and confidential advice and support.
Streetwise supports young people between the ages of 16-18 years and up to 25 for young people in care living in the Torridge area who are at risk of homelessness and rough sleeping.
