Jobs & Volunteering

We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals. We regularly employ staff and volunteers who are just as passionate as us about making a difference to some of the most marginalised people within our community.

We are looking for people who have both lived experiences of the services we provide and/or experience of working within our 3 key service areas.

Help People Navigate Systems That Often Feel Impossible

At Encompass Southwest, we believe people should not have to fight to get the support they need.
Since 2021, we have worked alongside Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to deliver Neighbourhood Flow – a person-centred, trauma-informed service that helps people facing complex challenges access practical support, improve wellbeing, and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.

This is not traditional social prescribing.

Neighbourhood Flow offers dedicated 1:1 support over a six-week period, building trusted relationships with people and helping support “flow” around them. We focus on what matters to the person — not just what services are available.

We are now looking for compassionate, proactive and relationship-focused Key Workers to join our growing team across Devon.
