Supported accommodation Worker
- 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday between 9am – 9pm)
- £22,500 (Pro Rota)
- 1 year fixed contract
Following a successful application to the Night Shelter Transformation Fund we are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and resilient night shelter support worker whose passion is to deliver quality client support to people who find themselves rough sleeping, homeless or at risk of homelessness. We provide trauma informed support to our occupants to enable them to move on successfully into independence.

Office Administrator
- 12 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday &Thursday 10am – 2pm)
- £11.57 per hour (starting rate)
- Node Cowork, Barnstaple
- Permanent contract
The aim of the role is to deliver high quality administrative support within a busy office environment. The role will be responsible for the day to day admin support to ensure the office is run smoothly and effectively. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, share point, one drive & Outlook etc.).

Activities Coordinator
- 15 hours per week
- Salary £993.42 (£12.73 per hour)
- 1 year fixed contract
We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated activities coordinator whose passion is to deliver quality client support to people who find themselves homeless or at risk of homelessness. Funded by thee National Lottery “Know Your Neighbourhood Fund” The project will contribute towards achieving the outcomes of the Know Your Neighbourhood Fund:
- People are supported to access opportunities to connect with others;
- People are supported to participate in enriching volunteering opportunities;
- Reduction in isolation and increase in wellbeing;
- Increase in accessibility of volunteering;
- Local areas are left with improved systems and processes to maintain action on volunteering and tackling loneliness;
- Strengthening the evidence base on what works and why; and
- Enriching lives by connecting communities and improving accessibility of volunteering in levelling up areas
This role is about engaging with people across Torridge to get them involved in meaningful activities which can help them to re-integrate back into the community and to support their recovery from homelessness, addictions or offending into more meaningful activities.
