Working jointly with Westbank, Encompass and Navigate CIO deliver the voluntary representation support to the Community Health & Social Care groups.

The service is currently delivered by Wisermoney and offers signposting and advice to support patients to live at home safely. The support offered includes, but is not limited to, befriending services, welfare benefits advice, money advice and help with dog walking.
